Arianna obtained her BSc in Biological Science (Biomedical Sciences) from California State University, Sacramento and her MSc in Bioinformatics from Lund University. For her master’s thesis, she created a resource of validated and annotated gene fusions in cancer cell lines. Prior to joining the team, she worked in breast cancer research at the Department of Clinical Sciences, Lund (Oncology). 

At the department of Medical Informatics at the Erasmus M.C. she works as a Health Data Scientist contributing to the DARWIN EU® project.
