Background

Josefine obtained her BSc in Psychology from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, and continued on at the University of Groningen to obtain her MSc in Clinical Forensic Psychology and Victimology.

She has been working in the customer care sector of a global automation company where she was responsible for the transition to and maintenance of the service desk environment for Swiss customers.

At the department of Medical Informatics at the Erasmus M.C. she works as a Service Desk Operator for the DARWIN EU® Coordination Centre and the EHDEN project.
